Best Eagle has developed and implemented a quality management system to better satisfy the needs of its customers and to improve management of the company. The quality system complies with the international standards. It covers the Purchasing, Design, and tendering & contract functions in the Head Office and, the Production and Quality Control function at all the major sites. This Policy describes the quality management system as adopted by Best Eagle (LLC) and applies to all activities which contribute to the quality of construction and services of the Best eagle (LLC) The policy is divided into various sections corresponding to the quality system requirements for Design, Purchasing, Construction & Commissioning and Quality Control Departments. The purpose of the Policy is:
To define and describe the quality system, To define the authorities and responsibilities of the management personnel affected by the system, To provide general procedures for all activities comprising the quality system, To present our quality system to our clients and to inform them what specific controls are implemented to assure construction quality.
